The site presents the studio's services, a selection of its projects and a form to request a proposal. Browsing the site or using the form means you accept this legal notice. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site.

You agree to use the site lawfully and diligently: without harming its operation, without trying to access areas that are not public, and without sending unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights, through the form.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The renderings, images, texts, site design, code and logo belong to the owner or are used with the authorization of their owners, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

The projects shown are visualizations created by the studio on commission from its clients. The architecture, brands and names that appear in them belong to their respective authors and owners, and are shown only to illustrate the studio's work.

Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming this content without the owner's prior written authorization is prohibited, except where the law expressly allows it. To request permission to use it, write to info@andreucabot.com.

5. Liability

The owner strives to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the service will run without interruption, and may modify or remove content without prior notice.

The timeframes and descriptions of commissions shown are approximate and do not constitute a binding offer: the final terms are those of the proposal sent to each client.

The owner is not liable for damage arising from misuse of the site or for the content of third-party sites it links to (for example, Instagram).
